Apple Online Store
The official Apple Online Store (store.apple.com) started shipping to Puerto Rico on August of 2013. Shipping is FREE but they do charge the IVU tax for purchases from the island. They do have a much larger variety of products... AND YOU CAN CUSTOMIZE YOUR SYSTEM!
Currently the EDUCATION store is also working and it does give students and teachers a discount.
